OneSize items adapt to different sizes.

In the product description you will find out which sizes the items are suitable for.

If you wish to return your order or part of your order, please use our returns portal only.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer and unfortunately we cannot cover them.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. It typically takes 3-5 business days after the return has been processed for the refund to be credited to your account.

Your package will be sent with DHL.

We currently only deliver within Germany.

For logistical reasons, an exchange is currently not possible.

Would you like to exchange one or more items for a different color or size? Simply return the items to us and reorder the desired items.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us briefly by email.

As long as your package hasn't been handed over to the shipping service provider, we can initiate the cancellation directly for you. We will refund any payments already made within 14 days.

If the package is already on its way to you, your order will be delivered as usual – you can then easily return it via our returns portal.
