IMPORTANT:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. PACKAGING
You are welcome to use our original box for your return.
2. REGISTER FOR RETURN
Simply register your return in our returns portal – you will need your email address and the order number from your order confirmation.
3. CREATE A RETURN LABEL
Your return label can be easily created automatically in the returns portal with DHL.
Of course, you can also use a different shipping service provider – you will then have to organize the label yourself.
4. RETURN GOODS
Return the package to your selected shipping provider within the 14-day return period.
IMPORTANT:
Example: Delivery on 01.01 – handover by 14.01 at the latest.
After this deadline, the return cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
5. REFUND
Once your return has arrived on time, we will carefully inspect it.
After confirmation, you will receive an email – the refund will then be made to your original payment method within 14 working days.
